2023 Rum Revival
It’s time for us to show a little love to another favorite spirit of ours, RUM! The Rum Revival is a celebration of the Gulf Coast’s colorful history and ties to the Caribbean. Come on out and feel the sunshine, a warm southern breeze and raise a glass to a great time with us! So don your linens and come hang out with all of us inside the Lake Charles Civic Center’s Exhibit Hall on May 6th, 2023 from 6:30pm–9:00pm.
In addition to the festivities, your ticket includes: rums and select tequilas to taste, Caribbean themed dishes to taste, Rum-based cocktails for you to enjoy, beer, wine, and a couple other fun surprises. We’ll also have Javier Olondo & AsheSon there to keep you moving and grooving for the night! All that rum and food will have you feeling like you’re in a tropical paradise.

Malibu Rum Dinner
Along with our main event and in honor of the spirits we are celebrating – RUM & TEQUILA, we are holding 2 exclusive dinners leading up to Rum Revival. The Malibu Rum Dinner will be featuring 4 courses of Caribbean cuisine and cocktails made with Malibu rum prepared by Area 337’s Gus Garden ! This event will be held on May 4th from 6-8pm at Area 337 and with their knowledge of authentic Latin Cuisine and our love of all things exciting, you won’t want to miss out on this experience!

Cinco Tequila Dinner
In honor of the tequila takeover we have added to this year’s celebration, the second dinner we are holding will feature Milagro tequila cocktails and 5 courses of Mexican cuisine prepared by the culinary staff at Crying Eagle Brewing. This event will take place on May 5th from 7-9pm, so if you’re ready change up your Cinco de Mayo celebration – join us at Crying Eagle for an exciting take on Tequila and Mexican cuisine instead!
