- Check In:
- Check in begins at 6:45am on Saturday, December 2nd at the intersection of Ryan St. & Kirby St.
- Cooking
- Contestants are allowed to stat cooking at any time after check-in on Saturday morning until cooking end time of 2:30pm
- Samples will be collected by 3pm
- Each contestant must submit 3 samples per category in the containers provided by Smoke & Barrel
- Awards
- 1st Place in each category will receive a trophy, a $750 cash prize, & $1000 stipend to for a 2024 Smoke & Barrel BBQ vendor
- 2nd Place in each category will receive a trophy & a $250 cash prize
- Judging
- Judges will be conducted by a panel of 3 judges per category:

- VLC member
